B2B Outbound Sales Specialist

Our B2B Inside Sales team begins their career at Wayfair with an in-depth renowned paid training program to prepare them to engage our B2B customers by completing assigned outbound tasks with the goal of driving incremental revenue through proactive customer engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Engage customers through outbound tasks based on customer sales behavior triggers   
  • Take a proactive approach to outbound customer outreach based upon assigned tasks, cultivate value and overcome objections in order to close sales, assist customer through project management, upsell/cross sell based on needs analysis
  • Provide end to end support advising and working with  business customers to design, source, and curate amazing business spaces
  • Drive incremental revenue through proven tasks & project management tools, as well as driving additional lift through testing of net new task types
  • Cultivate business relationships and create an exceptional customer experience as per Wayfair Professional standard through the sales cycle
  • Effectively use tools to communicate with our business customers via phone, email, and/or other Wayfair technologies
  • You will play a fundamental role in helping us achieve our ambitious revenue growth objectives
