Practice and deliver holistic primary care via a patient centric model. Collaborate with a robust team consisting of primary care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers, Behavioral Health Specialists, Pharmacists, and more.

• 4 Day Work Week with Flexible Hours (8-4, 9-5, or 10-6)
• $300,000 Guaranteed Base Salary + RVU Model
