This long-standing, Midwest health system is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine provider to join its growing group, offering highly competitive compensation and provider incentives for unmatched work-life balance.

Position details:
• Join a team of five primary care providers in their growing outpatient practice, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• 100% outpatient with no OB and no call
• Excellent provider autonomy and flexibility - option for a 4- or 5-day workweek schedule
• Start and end your day on time every day - no walk-ins; scheduled patients only
• Strong support staff, dedicated MAs, EPIC EMR, Dragon dictation, and AI scribe for optimal clinical efficiency

Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive base salary starting at $300K and commensurate with experience, plus metric and wRVU bonuses
• $215K provider incentive package to include commencement bonus, relocation bonus, housing bonus, and student loan repayment paid directly to provider
• Residency Stipend: $2000/month
