Are you a motivated, results-driven professional with experience in in-home consultations or residential renovation sales? Join our team as a Sales Representative and connect with pre-qualified leads to help homeowners achieve their renovation dreams.

Position Overview

• Compensation: Commission-based, with paid training. Average first-year earnings range from $80K to $100K, plus benefits.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts covering days and afternoons (afternoons end at 8 PM), with occasional Saturdays.
• Start Date: Training begins in March 2026.
• Leads Provided: No cold calling required – all leads are pre-booked and qualified.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified clients to discuss home remodeling or renovation projects.
• Collaborate with clients on design options, project scope, and product selection.
• Deliver engaging and professional sales presentations and guide clients through the contract-signing process.
• Prepare and present accurate estimates and quotes tailored to client needs.
• Leverage promotional offers and discounts to enhance client value.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups on pending sales and ensure all information is accurately updated in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in B2C sales, particularly in roles such as door-to-door sales, in-home consultations, or residential renovations.
• Skills: Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in computer systems is essential.
• Other Requirements: A valid G driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
