## Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of preschool-aged students. ## Duties - Develop and implement age-appropriate Creative curriculum to stimulate learning and development - Plan and conduct engaging lessons that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for all students - Monitor and assess student progress to ensure individualized learning goals are met - Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support student development - Incorporate special education strategies for students with diverse learning needs - Foster a love for literacy through storytelling, reading activities, and language development exercises ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, plus PA Level I or Level II Certification - Previous experience working in a preschool setting is advantageous - Strong knowledge of child welfare and early intervention practices - Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning - Familiarity with literacy education principles for young children - Ability to provide physical education activities suitable for preschoolers - Certification in childcare or daycare management is a plus - Thorough Knowledge of PA Standard Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday License/Certification: • CPR Certification (Preferred) • Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person
