Key responsibilities:

• Develop new paid ads partners according to the company's strategic goals
• Responsible for the traffic growth of local Turkey market
• Design and implement paid ads channel expansion strategies according to the local market landscape
• Keep abreast of the user experience of local market, create feedback loop to user experience team and drive conversion rate continuously
• Actively participate in conferences and events to stay close and ahead of current market trends; identify potential business, collaboration opportunities

Key requirements:

• Proven track record in Paid Ads Business Development experience gained from the Crypto & Blockchain field
• International exposure highly preferred
• Being multilingual is a great asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong logical thinking and result-oriented
