This is a senior, high-ownership performance marketing role responsible for driving measurable client outcomes through Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking. You will manage a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end, combining strategic planning, hands-on campaign execution, and direct client engagement. The role requires strong commercial thinking, as success is defined by cost-per-appointment efficiency, client retention, and revenue impact. You will act as both strategist and operator, responsible for campaign performance, creative direction, and technical implementation. Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary strategic and operational point of contact.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment-setting outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and continuous creative testing to improve performance.
  • Write high-converting ad copy and video sales letter scripts tailored to financial services audiences.
  • Lead bi-weekly client calls to review performance, align on strategy, and define next steps.
  • Deliver structured performance reports and actionable insights ahead of client meetings.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to meet cost-per-appointment targets.
  • Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems, including pixels, conversion events, and CRM or automation integrations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop hooks, angles, and messaging variations for testing.
  • Use AI tools to improve speed and efficiency in copywriting, analysis, and campaign execution.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising.
    • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in a performance-driven or agency environment.
    • Strong track record of achieving performance KPIs and driving client retention through results.
    • Excellent copywriting skills for direct-response and lead generation campaigns.
    • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, pixels, attribution, and marketing automation tools.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate performance data for non-technical clients.
    • High level of ownership, accountability, and ability to operate independently.
    • Experience in financial services, high-ticket funnels, or appointment-setting campaigns is a strong plus.
    • Familiarity with video sales letter methodology is highly valued.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
