This role is designed for a performance-driven digital marketer who thrives on optimizing high-budget advertising campaigns and turning data into scalable growth strategies. You will be responsible for managing and scaling paid media efforts across Google and Meta platforms, with additional exposure to Amazon Ads in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The position focuses heavily on full-funnel performance, requiring strong analytical thinking and continuous experimentation to improve conversions and ROI. You will collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are both data-informed and creatively compelling. This is a high-impact role within a globally distributed agency, where ownership, autonomy, and performance excellence are highly valued. Your work will directly influence the growth of international eCommerce and SaaS brands.
Accountabilities:
- Build, manage, and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with significant monthly budgets, ensuring strong full-funnel performance.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through data analysis, identifying actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop, test, and refine ad concepts and campaign execution.
- Contribute to ad copywriting and support creative testing strategies to improve engagement and performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics and dashboards.
- Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform updates, and automation opportunities to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Support cross-channel expansion efforts, including exposure to Amazon Ads and other emerging platforms.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong background in performance marketing, preferably within eCommerce and/or SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns, optimizing performance, and improving conversion tracking.
- Experience with tools such as Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Shopify.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable optimizations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain performance insights and recommendations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-driven professional with strong ownership, accountability, and proactive execution.
- Bonus: experience with Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, or automation tools such as Zapier or Make.com.
