PANCE Live Course Instructor

Blueprint Test Prep/Rosh Review is hiring PA instructors to join our growing team of educators! As an instructor, you will be co-presenting during live online week long crash courses covering high yield content and exam prep for the PANCE exam. We provide the content being presented, you deliver with confidence and passion for teaching a wide online audience. These courses will be held throughout the year.
Who You Are

• YOU'VE TAUGHT OR TUTORED BEFORE. We love hiring tutors with any sort of educational experience.
• YOU OBSESS OVER STUDENT OUTCOMES. You believe in the power of good instruction. You know what's at stake and you understand what it takes to help students succeed. You thrive on feedback and can't wait to guide an audience of future PAs.
• YOU THRIVE TEACHING ONLINE. You can work dynamically with a co-instructor to present content on a wide variety of topics and skills needed to prepare for an exam. You get excited about teaching. You speak with confidence and enthusiasm to a large online audience.
• YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE SHINES. You have scored 400+ on the PANCE exam with a couple years of clinical experience. You have a passion for academic education and ideally have worked/taught at an institutional level or PA program.

What You'll Do

• Earn $50+ per hour
• Work with a passionate team dedicated to providing stellar content, mentoring, and growth.
• Get to nerd out over fun PA school topics.
• Contribute to the future of Blueprint's tutoring curriculum development initiatives.
