Part Time Commercial/Hospital Evening Cleaner

Our thriving company has been in business for over 35 years, and we continue to grow! We are looking for an experienced Commercial Cleaner to play a vital role in the care of our facilities, carry out cleaning duties, and perform scheduled maintenance duties. The overall objective of this position is to keep all our buildings clean and orderly. The Work Schedule is Monday-Friday 6:00 PM- 10:00 PM Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc) • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities • Carried out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs • Travel to multiple buildings • Stocked and maintained supply rooms • Cooperate with the rest of the staff • Follow all health and safety regulations Skills required include: • Proven working experience as a cleaner • Handle heavy equipment and machinery • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets • Integrity In addition, a successful candidate must: • Have a valid driver's license • Be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test If this job sounds like a great fit for you, we'd love to talk to you!
