Team: Account Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Account Manager based in United States.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a strategic role in strengthening and expanding a nationwide network of field service partners within the clean energy sector. In this position, you will build trusted relationships, drive operational excellence, and help ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across multiple partner organizations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll use data, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to improve performance, optimize partner engagement, and support long-term business growth. Accountabilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic field service partners, serving as the primary point of contact for operational alignment, escalations, and long-term collaboration.
  • Monitor partner performance against key service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs, using data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective action plans.
  • Lead regular business reviews, performance discussions, and operational meetings to strengthen partnerships and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Client Success, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and Field Service Coordinators to resolve issues and optimize partner performance.
  • Analyze operational metrics, prepare reports and dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to improve service quality, turnaround times, and scalability.
  • Support financial and administrative processes related to partner management, including payment coordination and operational documentation.
  • Identify trends, recommend process improvements, and contribute to the ongoing development of partner management strategies and operational best practices.
  • Travel periodically (approximately 15–20%) to conduct on-site partner reviews, strengthen relationships, and support critical operational initiatives.
  • Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in Partner Account Management, Vendor Management, Field Operations, or a similar client-facing role.
    • At least 2 years of experience within commercial solar operations or a closely related renewable energy environment.
    • Proven success managing external partner or vendor relationships while balancing collaboration with accountability.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs, performance metrics, and operational data to drive informed decisions.
    • Experience using Salesforce CRM and reporting tools; familiarity with business intelligence platforms is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with field service operations, contract management, partner network growth, or operational SLAs is considered a plus.
    • Ability to travel as required and work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
    • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
