About the position:

We're looking for a Partner Director who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This will be a position that primarily involves driving business revenue through established and new partnerships to achieve business objectives, with responsibility for developing and nurturing current partner relations as well as acquiring new strategic alliances.

What you can expect to do:

  • Develop and nurture new strategic alliances across sectors that can expand its offerings in partnership with our Employer of Record solutions.
  • Build and retain positive relationships with existing partners to understand their business requirements, strategic vision and to maintain partner relationship.
  • Handle ongoing matters with new and existing partners and work swiftly to resolve queries.
  • Communicate effectively, set real expectations and reliably complete agreed deliverables.
  • Organise, build and document a partnership program, with clear directions and details around features and benefits.
  • Train, enable and onboard partners creating a high level of awareness on current and future developments to our tech-enabled solutions.
  • Communicate and work directly with stakeholders within the organization including Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance experts globally.
  • Closely collaborate with partner marketing team in order to initiate and execute partner co-marketing initiatives (webinars, events etc).

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, MBA or equivalent an advantage.
  • 2-3 years of experience in channel management, strategic alliance or partner management roles or at-least 5+ years of sales management experience preferably in tech or SaaS enabled companies.
  • Background within, or good knowledge of, Payroll sector on regional or global level an advantage.
  • Fluent Dutch and French speaker mandatory.
  • Must currently reside in the country of Belgium to be considered for this role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills; able to articulate complex concepts at both a high level and granular perspective where necessary.
  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Experience building strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders.
  • Data-driven, analytical and research-oriented.
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
