This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Lead, Existing Business (Mid Market) based in the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of strategic sales, client success, and performance marketing, focused on managing and expanding a portfolio of mid-market advertising partners. You will act as a trusted advisor to key clients, helping them define and achieve their marketing and growth objectives through data-driven advertising solutions. The position requires a strong blend of relationship management and commercial acumen, with ownership of revenue growth across existing accounts. You will be responsible for identifying upsell opportunities, driving renewals, and building long-term partnerships with brands and agencies. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will partner closely with analytics, product, and campaign execution teams to deliver measurable outcomes. This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented digital advertising environment.
Accountabilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market existing clients, driving retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities across assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client marketing objectives and revenue growth targets.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across key verticals such as retail, restaurant, and direct-to-consumer brands.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and delivering data-driven advertising solutions.
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through proactive account expansion and opportunity identification.
- Partner closely with internal teams (analytics, product, and campaign operations) to ensure seamless execution and performance optimization.
- Ensure accurate campaign delivery, contractual compliance, and alignment with client expectations.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline, ensuring pipeline accuracy, forecasting precision, and activity tracking.
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, account management, or a similar client-facing revenue role with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong ability to leverage CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and track client engagement effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance metrics and translate insights into client value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with experience influencing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional inputs simultaneously.
