Partner Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Human Interest is on a mission to ensure that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits.Â
Nearly half of all working Americans are not saving enough for their future. Too often it’s because they are employed by a company that doesn’t offer a retirement plan. Human Interest is changing that by making it affordable and accessible for small and medium-sized businesses to offer employees a path to financial independence through retirement savings.
We're looking for an effective, meticulously organized, and self-motivated fast learner who can move seamlessly to support a fast-moving organization. You'll be supporting our partner and revenue marketing programs to help us exponentially reach more small businesses across the United States through different partner types: payroll/HCM, benefits brokers, financial advisors, and CPAs, justo to name a few.Â
You’re the right fit for this role if you are comfortable with figuring things out as you go, default to action, and adapt to additional responsibilities which may span across revenue, partner, and events marketing. And as we go 24,791 mph, you should be comfortable with change.
What you get to do every day
- Administrative support of partner campaigns (e.g, helping partner marketing with tasks related to educational and networking events, email, webinars, social posts, collateral etc.)
- Support the growing revenue organization with miscellaneous tasks (swag management and shipping, printing, event coordination)
- Help manage the upkeep of our ever-growing library of partner-supporting and customer-facing collateral (uploading, updating, deleting, and analyzing content performance, etc.)
- Manage our branded collateral and swag platform which includes sourcing new swag for our Partner Account Managers as needed to support their business
- Work closely with leadership to execute on marketing needs for internal eventsÂ
- Administrative support of internal trainings and weekly meetings such as updating presentations
- Write and design social media and unique postcard assets for Partner Account Managers to use in the field
- Regularly assess ways we can optimize and improve our existing processes and be proactive about the end goal of getting more leads through our partner ecosystem
- It’s a dynamic and supportive environment – there is so much more that we are going to ask of you. Are you up for it?
What you bring to the role
- 1-2 years of relevant experience supporting sales, marketing, or partnerships organizations in growing companies. Big plus if you’re interested in a career in marketing in the high-tech space
- Excellent oral and written communication skills – you have the ability to think and communicate clearly, thoughtfully, and on your feet with diverse technical and non-technical team members
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and ultimately default to completing tasks that mean the highest growth for Human Interest
- Passion for collaborating and working with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter who loves to figure things out on their own after proper training
- Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously
      Nice to haveÂ
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Outreach, and Highspot
- Basic experience with general marketing responsibilities, such as planning, organizing events, and basic copywriting
- Someone who desires to grow into bigger marketing responsibilities as the organization scales
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth software company where change is a constant a big plusÂ
Please feel free to apply to this position even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements listed above.
