Job Description

The Role

As a member of the Marketing Team, work to support Fusion's Go To Market efforts in concert and on behalf of our alliance and partner programs.

Partner (Co-)Branding and Positioning 

  • Work with Fusion Branding leader and partner contacts to develop and assure branding guidelines are developed and implemented correctly.
  • Evolve joint positioning and messaging with partner organizations. Leverage Fusion messaging. 

Partner Campaign and Content Management

  • Work with Marketing teams at Fusion and partner organizations to develop joint content and thought leadership across multiple platforms.
  • Agree on key account targets for new logo and customer growth in order to prioritize and execute in support of broader Demand generation goals.
  • Work across Fusion teams and with partner contacts to develop GTM campaigns, including leveraging existing campaigns to joint partner targets.
  • Coordinate with BDR and Sales team to generate new pipeline and advance existing partner opportunities to identified targets

Partner Events and Sponsorships

  • Work with Events team(s) to identify and quality possible third-party and proprietary events for Alliance program ROI impact. 
  • Support Fusion events platform and extend in including partner organizations as appropriate
  • Work with Demand Gen team to design and execute 1 to 1 and 1 to few marketing initiatives to meet pipeline goals for key joint partner account targets.
  • Work with Content Marketing to craft personalized messaging and sales enablement materials 

Partner Program Metrics

  • Work with Revenue and Marketing Ops to align to communicate to the Alliance Team and Revenue Office the impact of marketing activities.
  • Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data, analysis, and feedback of campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience
  • 1-2 years of partner program experience is a plus
  • A highly motivated "self-starter" type, as they will be building this program from the ground up. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, working closely with the Marketing, Alliance, Product and Alliances teams as well as partner contacts
