Position Overview:

 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Partner Marketing Specialist. As a specialist to the partner marketing team, you will provide essential support to the team by performing a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to support our partner marketing efforts. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the efficient functioning and the smooth execution of our programs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to partner marketing activities.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Assist with expense management, including maintaining expense records and budget reporting.
  • Support the creation and delivery of marketing collateral, such as presentations, sales enablement materials, and partner-facing assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide administrative support on special projects as assigned.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure messaging and assets aligns with overall brand and partner marketing strategies.
  • Assist in organizing partner events, trade shows, and conferences, including shipping, logistics, and coordination of promotional materials

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in business administration, or a related field equivalent; additional certification or education in office administration is a plus.
  • Proficient in using office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
