This person in this role would be joining our New Ventures team, a small dedicated team focused on unlocking a new line of business for Taskrabbit. The Partnership Lead role is focused on managing Taskrabbit’s relationship with IKEA stakeholders for a new service offering. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and executing against performance targets, general operations and strategic cross-functional work. This includes in-store engagement tactics, strategic planning for long-term initiatives in-store and online, and supporting the IKEA Assembly service category when applicable.Â
The ideal candidate is passionate about Taskrabbit and the sharing economy, has experience in influencing partners and has a data-driven and collaborative approach in achieving results.
What You'll Work On:
- Acting as strategic and influential partner in the relationship with IKEA, prioritizing initiatives, and appropriately allocating resources for success
- Analyze performance to identify the biggest opportunities for improvement and drive execution leading to real business results
- Deeply understanding market needs and potential while developing clear strategies to achieve potential
- Expertly manage multiple work streams and projects simultaneously
- Build predictable and repeatable processes and best practices
- Partner with cross functional teams across Ops, Finance, Product and Marketing to remove obstacles
- Responsible for market growth, owning the demand strategy and performance against forecast
- 6+ years of experience in similar roles
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
- Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders
- Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and departments
- A demonstrated data driven approach to strategic planning and execution against KPIsÂ
- Ability to build strong relationships both virtually and in person
- Must be willing to travel regularly for this role
