The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company's regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.
Your Responsibilities
As a Engine Engineering Part-Time Student for JD Power Systems located in Waterloo IA you will:

• Create and maintain engine bills of materials through the use of CAD (Creo Parametric) and parts management systems
• Create engine simplified representations as needed
• Utilize Excel SAP and PDMLink to gather and maintain reference material for use by other Engine Engineering Departments
• Process improvement support: Gather process data create process map and identify improvement opportunities

What Skills You Need

• Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly
• Available to work during the summer semester 30-40 hours/weekly
• Must be able to complete work and assignments remotely
• Academic or professional experience with Creo or equivalent 3D design software
• Proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint) or equivalent
• Detail oriented
