- Work with the Operations team to develop innovative ways of working and implement technology and transformation that deliver greater payroll accuracy and high quality of service
- Recommend and drive process improvements to reduce manual interventions and increase automation
- Evaluate ālessons learntā from incidents to recommend and drive transformational change
- Develop payroll KPIās and SLAās and deliver efficiency and service improvements ensuring all activity is recorded and tracked with benefits realisation
- Strong experience in employing a data-focused approach to identifying opportunities for transformational change in a payroll environment
- Excellent technical knowledge with demonstrable experience of implementing end to end process improvement and maximising the use of technology in a payroll environment
- Strong focus on continuous improvement
- Outstanding communication skills including written and spoken fluent English
- Up to date with latest trends, technologies, and best practices in payroll operations

For U.S. applicants: Across all US locations, the base salary range for this full-time position is $$$ to $$$ [plus eligibility for] [bonus] [commission] [and] [equity]. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
