Payroll Business Improvement Specialist

• Work with the Operations team to develop innovative ways of working and implement technology and transformation that deliver greater payroll accuracy and high quality of service
• Recommend and drive process improvements to reduce manual interventions and increase automation
• Evaluate ‘lessons learnt’ from incidents to recommend and drive transformational change
• Develop payroll KPI’s and SLA’s and deliver efficiency and service improvements ensuring all activity is recorded and tracked with benefits realisation

• Strong experience in employing a data-focused approach to identifying opportunities for transformational change in a payroll environment
• Excellent technical knowledge with demonstrable experience of implementing end to end process improvement and maximising the use of technology in a payroll environment
• Strong focus on continuous improvement
• Outstanding communication skills including written and spoken fluent English
• Up to date with latest trends, technologies, and best practices in payroll operations
