We are seeking an experienced and strategic People Business Partner to support leadership, shape talent programs, and foster a high-performance culture. In this role, you will collaborate closely with managers and executives to provide consultative HR guidance, design people programs, and drive organizational initiatives that enable growth and engagement. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain consultative relationships with leaders and managers to provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee development.
  • Support the creation and execution of talent strategies, including performance management, career growth frameworks, and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Design and implement learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and support long-term career progression.
  • Build and manage employee engagement initiatives to drive retention and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze workforce metrics, performance data, and employee feedback to inform strategic HR decisions and program enhancements.
  • Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted development interventions.
  • Create systems and processes that promote continuous feedback, professional growth, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Requirements:
    The ideal candidate will bring a combination of HR expertise, strategic insight, and operational effectiveness. Required qualifications and skills include:
  • 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 4 years as an HR Business Partner or People Partner.
  • Strong knowledge of core HR disciplines, including talent and performance management, employee relations, and organizational design.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment with adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Proven track record in project management and driving HR initiatives to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with care.
  • Comfortable integrating AI and modern HR tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
