  • Partner with executive leaders and technology stakeholders to align transformation priorities, resolve critical issues, and coordinate business and technical execution.
  • Lead a focused transformation team responsible for program execution, organizational change management, and business transformation support.
  • Define adoption goals, measure progress, and ensure teams are prepared to successfully transition to new ways of working.
  • Drive operating model redesign, including process optimization, accountability structures, workflow improvements, and future-state organizational design.
  • Analyze fragmented processes and operational challenges, develop improvement strategies, and guide implementation across business functions.
  • Lead business readiness efforts for enterprise platform migrations, ensuring teams are equipped to operate effectively after launch.
  • Develop repeatable transformation frameworks, methodologies, and playbooks that improve future implementation speed and effectiveness.
  • Communicate transformation progress, risks, decisions, and opportunities to executive leadership with clarity and ownership.
  • Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading enterprise transformations, operating model redesign, and organizational change initiatives within complex business environments.

    • 12–18 years of experience across business transformation, operations, strategy, consulting, or enterprise program leadership roles.
    • Proven track record of personally driving large-scale process or operating model transformations from diagnosis through implementation and measurable business impact.
    • Experience leading major enterprise technology transformations from a business readiness and adoption perspective.
    • Background in management consulting (such as strategy or operations consulting) combined with significant in-house operational leadership experience, or equivalent direct ownership of large-scale transformations.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders in complex matrix organizations.
    • Strong expertise in operating model design, process redesign, organizational effectiveness, and change management methodologies.
    • Experience building financial models, developing business cases, and defending recommendations with executive-level stakeholders.
    • Ability to translate complex transformation initiatives into clear business outcomes and actionable decisions.
    • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams with a focus on accountability and measurable results.
    • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Workday and Salesforce, with the ability to understand business implications, adoption needs, and operational impacts.
    • Experience working in multi-brand, multi-unit, or sponsor-backed environments is preferred.
    • Exceptional executive communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation package aligned with executive-level experience and impact.
      • Opportunity to lead a highly visible enterprise transformation initiative with significant organizational impact.
      • Collaborative environment working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
      • Professional growth opportunities through exposure to strategic business initiatives and large-scale change programs.
      • Supportive culture focused on innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
      • Inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences.
      • Potential access to comprehensive employee benefits, wellness programs, and professional development resources.
