People Ops Coordinator - Remote, United Kingdom

The Role
Our People Ops team is responsible for HR and our core goals for 2023 are to help the business meet its growth plans whilst maintaining our culture and ensuring that Grafana Labs is an awesome place to work. The People Ops Coordinator role will provide key administrative and coordination support to the People team from a human resources perspective.Â

Responsibilities
- Manage new hire documentation from offer acceptance to start date and beyond (includes Right to Work checks, background screens and I-9 Documentation)
- Support onboarding of new hires ensuring that all administrative processes within our Onboarding Platform (Greenhouse Onboarding) are efficiently project managed leading to a first-class onboarding experience
- Accurately maintain electronic employee files and documentation and own the records and data in our HRIS (BambooHR, soon to be Workday) and our Performance Management System (15Five)
- Support the project team with the move to Workday (HCM)
- Co-run the coordination of our new hire welcomes as well as our monthly new hire bootcamp sessions
- Answering all People Ops queries in a timely manner via Slack and emailÂ
- Support the People Ops team with general administration, project management, reporting and data audits.Â
Qualifications
- Ideally you’ll have experience working in an admin or People / HR support role
- You will be highly organised, with a strong attention to detail. You will need to love multitasking and have excellent follow through skills
- You will be happy working independently and able to use your initiative and creative problem solving skills to manage decision-makingÂ
- Ideally you will have experience working remotely and/or internationally coordinating with peers and team members globally and understand the challenges and opportunities of remote working and remote communication
- You will be highly approachable and have a customer service mindset to your role ensuring that everyone, locally and internationally has a great interaction with you / People Ops team
- You will be process oriented and enjoy creating process and structure where there is none
- Ideally you will have experience partnering with or working within People Operations and understand the importance of handling and protecting sensitive and confidential information.
