Accountabilities

  • Partner closely with Sales Directors and the Chief Revenue Officer as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on leadership effectiveness.
  • Support the scaling of the Sales organization by evolving team structures and operating models.
  • Coach senior leaders to enhance team effectiveness and performance in a high-growth environment.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop performance frameworks and talent strategies.
  • Identify and resolve organizational friction points to improve cross-functional alignment.
  • Drive high-impact people initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Utilize data and employee feedback to inform strategic decisions and optimize team performance.
  • Develop and align people strategies to support Sales priorities and revenue goals.
  • Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of HR / People experience, particularly as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience working with Sales or revenue organizations, understanding quota-driven dynamics.
  • Strong skills in organizational design, leadership coaching, and change management.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment on complex initiatives.
  • Experience with globally distributed Sales organizations, leveraging data for decisions.
