The People Systems and Compliance Manager is responsible for managing the annual global compliance calendar and for coordinating with the HRIS team to ensure our infrastructure and data is clean, accurate, scalable, and meets the needs of the business. This role will partner cross-functionally with multiple teams to deliver high-value projects and initiatives.

What you'll own:
  • Own and coordinate the HRIS project asks for the People Team in partnership with the HRIS team. This includes staying up to date on the needs of the team to understand how to prioritize the highest value projects.
  • Ensure People data integrity across HR systems by conducting regular data audits to ensure accurate, timely People data, and by building the tools and structure for ensuring accurate processes
  • Collaborate with People team Centers of Excellence in supporting company-wide programs (e.g. annual performance and merit cycle, annual benefits open enrollment, large scale reorganization activities, acquisitions, etc.)
  • Coordinate large-scale data loads and changes in Workday
  • Manage the annual global compliance calendar in partnership with Legal, Payroll, Tax and other functions
  • Manage external audits (e.g. OFCCP audits)
  • Manage the annual Affirmative Action Plan (AAP)

Experience you'll need:
  • You have 5+ years of experience in Human Resources across a variety of disciplines, such as Business Partnering, HRIS, Compliance, and/or Operations.
  • You have experience in maintaining, optimizing and auditing HR systems.
  • Workday experience required.
  • You have experience managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
