Job Overview: Overlake Arthritis, Osteoporosis and Infusion Center is seeking an experienced and compassionatePer Diem Registered Nurse (RN)to join our dedicated clinical team. Key Responsibilities: The Per Diem RN will: • Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care. • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. • Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time. • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. • Document patient care accurately and promptly in the EMR system. • Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and emergencies. • Support patient education and discharge planning. • Adhere to infection control and safety standards. • Flexibly cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Qualifications: • Current Washington State RN license (required). • BLS certification (required). ACLS/PALS certification preferred. • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience; specialty experience (infusion, rheumatology, or similar) preferred. • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs. • COVID-19 and CDC-recommended vaccinations required prior to start.
