Accountabilities:
- Partner with account management, marketing, and operations teams to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Develop and deliver performance reports, dashboards, and business review materials with clear narratives and visualizations
- Monitor enrollment pipelines and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyze utilization trends, identifying patterns in engagement, churn, and growth opportunities
- Establish and manage service level agreement tracking systems and performance dashboards
- Perform quality assurance on datasets to maintain data integrity before reporting and analysis
- Build and optimize complex queries to extract insights from large, multi-source datasets
- Automate recurring reporting processes through scripting and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data models and reporting infrastructure
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role within SaaS, healthcare, consulting, or similar environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with complex datasets
- Strong expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for executive audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as economics, statistics, finance, or business analytics preferred
- Experience with reporting automation tools is a plus
