  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance campaign ideation, optimization, reporting, and workflow efficiency while maintaining strong human oversight
  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, or paid media, ideally in SaaS, tech, agency, or multi-brand environments
    • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, or similar
    • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting funnel metrics, attribution data, and campaign performance insights
    • Proven ability to optimize campaigns toward business outcomes such as lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition
    • Solid understanding of conversion strategy, audience segmentation, landing page optimization, and A/B testing methodologies
    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
    • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and BI/reporting platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)

    • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
    • Exposure to AI-assisted marketing tools and understanding of responsible AI use in campaign workflows
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary range: $55,000 – $75,000 USD
