We are seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our Federally Qualified Health Center committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered healthcare to diverse communities. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including primary care, specialty care, and behavioral health

Practice Details

• Routine physical exams, wellness visits, immunizations, screenings, chronic disease management, and minor procedures
• Experienced medical assistants, nurses, and administrative staff for support
• EMR: AthenaOne

Schedule

• 5-day workweek, Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Flexible telemedicine options 

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed annual base salary, plus a potential incentive bonus of up to $24,000 per year
