Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Board Certification in Family Medicine
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Active, unrestricted Alabama medical license (or ability to obtain by start date)
• Expertise in chronic disease management (diabetes, COPD, CHF, obesity)
• EMR proficiency and strong clinical documentation skills
