Bon Secours Laburnum Medical Center - Adding Family or IM/Peds Physician to the team!

Start date will be 120 days after having signed offer.

• Laburnum Medical Center has been serving the community for more than 50 years! Very well-established practice and experienced team of Family, Internal Medicine and Pediatric physicians and Nurse Practitioners
• Full Time position open for Family Medicine Physician, BC/BE, MD/DO
• Practice hours are 8a-5p M-F
• 36 clinical hours, 4 hours of admin time weekly
• Call is 3 days per month - shared in rotation all providers, No Rx on call
• No Hospital responsibility - 100% outpatient practice
• Telehealth and e-visits in addition to in-person care
• Average 18 - 25 patients per day after 2 year ramp-up period
• EPIC EMR
• We see all ages - Peds through Geriatric - 30% Peds, 70% adult/geriatric
• POC Testing, X-Ray and Lab in practice
• Basic in-office procedures - joint injections, women's health
• Dedicated 1:1 CMA/LPN support
• Diabetic Education provided by PharmD 3 days per week
• LCSW and Integrated Behavioral Specialist in practice
• 6 MD's and 1 NP in practice - adding 2 physicians
