Place of Performance: Place of Performance: The contractor shall provide services in support of the Naval Health Clinic Hawaii (NHCH). The work to be performed under this contract will be at the following locations: NHCH Headquarters/Shipyard Clinic, NHCH Branch Health Clinic (BHC) Makalapa, BHC Kaneohe Bay and associated BHCs/annexes under the authority of NHCH and within a 40-mile radius of NHCH.

Contracted personnel will be assigned to a primary work location identified in the task order however, NHCH reserves the right to reassign the primary work location of contracted personnel based on scheduling needs and operational requirements to meet NHCH mission objectives.

NHCH will provide 30-day notice to the contracted personnel when work locations are reassigned, the notice will specify the reassigned work location, effective dates, and relevant details.

Hours of Performance: The performance hours of the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) are as follows: To maintain continuity of services, the HCWS MUST BE FULL-TIME INDIVIDUALS. Services shall be provided Monday through Friday, between the hours of 0600 and 1800. Shifts will normally be scheduled for an 8.5-to-9-hour period, to include an uncompensated 30-to-60- minute lunch break, respectively. In no instance will the HCW be required to provide services more than 80 hours per two-week period

Schedule Management: When directed by the Government, the HCW shall remain on duty to complete patient treatment where lack of continuity of care would otherwise jeopardize patient health. This provision is not intended to apply to the time required to complete routine tasks (e.g., completion of paperwork or routine administrative tasks at the end of a shift) which are to be completed as part of the normal work schedule.

Work Schedule: Services shall be provided Monday through Friday, between the hours of 0600 and 1800 for an 8.5-to-9-hour shift which includes an uncompensated 30 minute or 1 hour meal break depending on the length of the shift worked. In no instance will the HCW be required to provide services more than 80 hours per two-week period. Alternate work schedules will be at the discretion of Government Oversights.

HCW Qualifications:

Degree/Education: Possess a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, a Graduate Diploma in Nursing, or an associate degree in nursing, from an accredited agency such as the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC)

Basic Life Support: HCWs shall maintain current certification in one of the following: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers or American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Course. Other certifications may be acceptable if specified in the TO. Certification cards must display the American Heart Association or Military Training Network emblem. Web-based classes do not meet required standards

Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience within the preceding 3 years in an ambulatory care clinic setting.

Licensure/Registration: Possess and maintain a current unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse in any of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Legal Authorization to Work in the United States: HCWs performing under this contract must be a U.S. Citizen

Clinical Competency: HCW shall be required to demonstrate clinical competency within the past two years in the required clinical discipline

Ability to complete Credentialing, Occupational Health and Security Packets as required and requested and in a timely manner.

Provide two letters of recommendation, written within the preceding 3 years, from nurse supervisors, physicians or administrative supervisors attesting to the HCW's clinical/professional skills and competencies. Letters must include name, title, and phone number, date of recommendation, address and signature of the individual providing the recommendation.

Provide copy(ies) of immunizations

Possess and maintain current Influenza Vaccine

Possess and Maintain N95 FIT Testing
