SSM Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to practice at our Fond du Lac Regional Clinic location in Brownsville, Wisconsin.

The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic offers a competitive compensation model along with comprehensive benefits to include:

Qualifications:

Experience preferred
MD/DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Ability to obtain a Wisconsin medical license
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program
