Plan Automation Senior Analyst - Remote- Evernorth

Role Summary:
The Plan Automation Senior Analyst will support enforce and newly implemented Supplemental Health products on the SHIP and InsPro platforms. This role will require the candidate to engage with people and teams with diverse skills, responsibilities and geographic locations and drive collaboration with matrix partners to deliver on our commitments to our clients and customers. Supports product enhancements and tests modifications to ensure compatibility with existing software. The individual is expected to assist with mentor programs to successfully introduce new hires to critical systems and end to end workflow. The person in this role works autonomously, only requiring expert level support from others.
Responsibilities:
- Configure new clients and enforce client changes in the platform.
- Conduct initial and final validation of platform, client portal and census, as needed.
- Collaborate with resources to ensure issues are addressed and corrected prior to production completion.
- Perform and manage migration activities including document review, system setup and communication.
- Timely completion of all required deadlines.
- Properly communicate and document any known delays.
- Partner with team members and matrix partners to meet team and organization goals.
- Consistently meet all defined deadlines and metrics in regard to the overall implementation and change process.
- Provide consistent service by responding to matrix partner inquiries and delivering on commitments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with critical matrix partners to provide support for retention and growth opportunities.
- Continue to develop understanding of overall implementation process while working to improve existing process and procedures.
- Identify and find ways to refine the overall implementation process, sharing these findings to help develop best practices.
- Show continued improvement month over month in key areas of job functionality.
- Provide ongoing mentoring to existing team members.
- Support department and organization projects
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of core competencies to get better every day.
Qualifications:
- High School Degree or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- In depth knowledge of product suite plan designs required (Life, Accident, Disability, Statutory, Accidental Injury, Critical Illness and Hospital Care).
- Data Entry experience preferred Proficiency with software and system-based applications.
- Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Outlook and Excel required.
- Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with all levels and functions within organization, multitask and meet increasingly tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results Ability to work independently.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 46,600 - 77,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
