We have amazing benefits and love to Work Hard so we can Play Hard! $23-28/hr plus spiffs and bonuses Residential SERVICE or INSTALL Technician Qualifications: • Prefer of 2 years experience in a professional capacity. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. • Proficiency in Water Treatment and plumbing • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • ServiceTitan knowledge is a bonus • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Job Skills: • Perform a wide range of water treatment repairs, maintenance, and installations in residential and commercial settings. • Repairing or replacing damaged water treatment systems • Diagnosis and Assessment: Accurately diagnose issues and provide detailed explanations and solutions to clients. Compliance: Ensure all work is in compliance with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards. Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, offering excellent customer service, and addressing any questions or concerns. Documentation: We use ServiceTitan and you will be required to maintain accurate records of all work performed, including materials used pictures of work completed and any other items required to ensure clear communication with our customers. Teamwork: This is a huge part of our business and structure. We rely on each other on a daily basis to help get through the day and work as efficient as possible.
