We’re seeking a dedicated Power Engineer to join our team at Park Lane Mall in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and inspect equipment, switches, valves, gauges, alarms, meters, and other instruments to measure temperature, pressure, and fuel flow. Detect and address leaks or equipment malfunctions to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to tenant concerns regarding heating and cooling systems.
• Supervise contractors and schedule quarterly maintenance.
• Operate and maintain the fire panel, manage water treatment systems, and perform routine maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• 4th Class Power Engineer or 2nd Class Stationary Engineer (Refrigeration).
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Previous experience in commercial property management is an asset.
