This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Power Platform Developer based in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform professional to design and deliver enterprise-scale solutions that enhance business processes and operational efficiency. Working within a collaborative technology team, you will develop secure, scalable applications and automation tools that support critical organizational initiatives. The role combines hands-on development with platform administration, governance, and solution architecture, offering the chance to influence the evolution of a growing Power Platform ecosystem. Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable business applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Build and implement automation workflows that improve operational efficiency and streamline enterprise business processes.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks, security standards, and compliance practices across the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Administer Power Platform environments, including configuration, environment management, user roles, permissions, and platform security.
  • Design and implement robust data models, relational database structures, and business logic using Microsoft Dataverse and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend technical solutions, and deliver high-quality enterprise applications.
  • Monitor platform capabilities and emerging Microsoft technologies to continuously improve solution architecture and development practices.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization for existing Power Platform solutions while ensuring long-term scalability and performance.
  • Requirements

    • Associate's degree with a minimum of six years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience.
    • Proven experience developing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
    • Strong expertise with Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power Fx.
    • Experience designing and implementing relational data models, business logic, and database structures within Microsoft Dataverse and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
    • Hands-on experience administering Power Platform environments, including configuration, governance, security, and user role management.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise-scale application architecture and software development best practices.
    • Experience participating in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from analysis and design through deployment and maintenance.
    • Knowledge of governance, security, compliance, and risk management within enterprise Power Platform implementations.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
    • Microsoft Power Platform certifications, such as Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Platform Developer Associate, or Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, are highly desirable.
    • Valid driver's license and authorization to work remotely within the United States.
