PPM Data Analyst - Remote

ULTRA MOBILE is seeking a talented PPM Data Analyst to join the PMO team! Individual reports to Program Portfolio Management Analyst. Role is remote  - must reside in the United States.

The PPM Data Analyst plays an essential role in helping the company create, measure and influence success as we work to deliver value to our customers. The Analyst implements, processes, tracks, visualizes, and interprets enterprise data points using Business Intelligence Tools to empower leadership with actionable recommendations for iterative process improvements. The PPM Data Analyst has the ability to ascertain our organizational strengths and weaknesses from a data-first perspective. This position will use data intelligence to prescribe solutions to positively impact Key Objectives and Key Results. The PPM Data Analyst will regularly communicate with cross-departmental colleagues. Accordingly, the PPM Data Analyst has strong written and oral communication skills. The PPM Data Analyst has an advanced ability to identify, implement and use Business Intelligence tooling to create dashboards and presentations that tell business stories and spearhead suggested process changes to improve the business. This position will be responsible for the following duties: Architect and build cross functional reports and dashboards utilizing business intelligence tools, cubes, dimensions, tuples, and custom measures.  Measure and analyze project and business KPIs.  Reduce estimation errors and ineffective resource allocation.  Identify trends, threats, and opportunities.  Keep teams informed, productive, accountable, and responsible.  Optimize and improve workflows, processes, and procedures.  Make well-informed, smart, data-supported decisions.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 - 3 years’ Industry Experience.
• Comfort with Business Intelligence tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Atlassian Product Suite.

In support of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the range of starting pay for this role is $80,000 - $90,000.  This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.  We also offer a variety of benefits including health, disability insurance, 401 (k), flexible spending accounts, EAP, education reimbursement, parental leave, unlimited vacation, bonuses, incentive stock options and company paid holidays.  The specific programs and options available will vary depending on state, start date, and employment type.
