About You

As the Practice Lead for XCaaS, you will be the business unit leader for this solution set.  The primary focus will be creating a go-to-market strategy with Channel Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Provider Ops, and our external Providers to increase both the amount of advisors selling in this program, and the amount of total sales of the solutions. This will include identifying the required resources to achieve these goals within the business unit. The Practice Lead is the leader and voice of this solution set for AppDirect and will be a key role in strategy for the solution both in the Providers we focus on and the strategy to the channel.  

What you'll do and how you'll make an impact:

  • Evangelize the solution set of XCaaS both internally and externally behalf of AppDirect;

  • Defines annual go-to-market strategy and identifies required resources to achieve growth goals in solution space;

  • Find addressable and target market for practice solutions;

  • Manage provider line card for practice solutions;

  • Defines and creates sales enablement tools (e.g. matrices, end user guides, how to sell solution guides);

  • Sets and tracks key goals and KPIs for growth;

  • Attends regional AppDirect advisor events and select industry events as needed (Travels a minimum of 20% of the time);

  • Consistently works with advisors and AppDirect CM on business plans and reviews performance quarterly for all selling partners.

What you’ll need/Assets:

  • Strong Leadership and Business Development skills;

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota targets;

  • Excellent communication and planning skills;

  • Stellar interpersonal, communication, and planning skills along with critical thinking and good decision-making abilities;

  • Excellent time management skills and strong attention to execution of plans;

  • Bachelor's Degree or related work experience;

  • 10+ years of prior XCaaS experience.
