About the position

The job purpose is technical and administrative support of sales team to deliver our mission target. This position is ideal for someone just starting their career, as well as for someone who is looking for a position focused on systems-focused administrative work.

Your main responsibilities:

PRICING/ON INVOICE DISCOUNTS:

• Setting of prices in the system based on documentation sent from Key Accounts Managers via internal systems.
• Fill in the necessary data in the Excel files required for price confirmation.
• Sending info to Key Accounts Managers that price is set in the system /or info about need to block invoice in case of late setting of the price.
• Asking of blockage of the invoicing in case that price was not set on time or there are other difficulties.
• Price claims solving – support of sales department (delivering of documentation, investigation).

ACCRUALS/OFF INVOICE DISCOUNTS:

• Setting of tickets on accruals in the system – new one or changes.
• Communication with CZ and SK team in local language (Slovak or Czech) and with department of data management (in English)

So what does it take to be successful in this role?

• You are the perfect candidate for us if you have first experience in administrative work. If you like routine tasks and repetitive activities, this job is for you!
• We expect you to be accurate, conscientious, focused on details and able to constantly monitor changes in the system and find errors.
• You know very well MS Office, especially Excel - all our systems are base on it.
• English language must be at a communicative level, because you will have regular contact with data management team, with IT and help desk.
• SAP knowledge would be a benefit.
