We're looking for a Principal Analyst to help Heads of HR and other leaders drive the scope and scale of PX (HR) operations (HR Shared Services) for greater People operational efficiency and strategic impact by enhancing User Experience.
We are specifically looking for someone to join our team who can enable scale within HR operations topics--setting HR operations strategy, evolving HR operations operating models, understanding talent and technology needs.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain human resources information, audit data, and propose business process improvements and automation
  • Analyze current processes, policies, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions.
  • Partner on the development and administration of People programs, policies, practices, and procedures
  • Improve operational efficiency by identifying system challenges and implementing procedures and processes to overcome them
  • Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with the HR team to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions
  • Document and implement data workflows, process maps, etc. as required
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements for report requests, understand data structures, availability, and reporting limitations
  • Develop and validate reports for various business partners and stakeholders
  • Provide ad-hoc or special project data analysis to business
  • Help rapidly expand the HR operations and HR operational excellence expertise domain for a high-growth practice area and engaged team

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, Masters preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR operations or professional services / advisory roles in a business environment
  • Deep understanding of HR operations and HR operational excellence to include the market, vendors, products and client strategies
  • Experience in designing and implementing HR operations either in individual organizations or in a professional services / advisory capacity
  • Knowledge and experience working with HR operations technologies such as Workday and ServiceNow
  • Strong writing skills, and ability to take feedback and provide peer review to others
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a self-motivated manner but within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communicator who can explain complex concepts both concisely and simply to senior People leaders
  • Strong willingness to challenge conventional norms and views, persistence and intellectual curiosity to evaluate leading approaches
