In this strategic and highly influential role, you will shape how enterprise applications are designed, implemented, and scaled across complex environments. Acting as a key architectural authority within a professional services function, you will define best-in-class implementation methodologies and establish scalable, repeatable frameworks. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and delivery teams to translate platform capabilities into real-world customer success. The role requires deep technical and functional expertise, combined with strong consulting and leadership skills. You will play a critical part in setting architectural standards that guide both internal teams and external partners. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where innovation, structure, and execution excellence come together.
Accountabilities:
- Provide deep architectural expertise across functional and application domains, guiding end-to-end solution design for complex implementations and beta programs.
- Define and standardize scalable implementation methodologies, ensuring repeatable success across customer deployments and partner ecosystems.
- Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to refine application design based on real-world implementation feedback and field insights.
- Develop reusable assets such as frameworks, templates, reference architectures, and tools to accelerate delivery efficiency.
- Establish and reinforce architectural best practices focused on performance, scalability, and long-term solution sustainability.
- Mentor and guide solution architects, model builders, and implementation partners, contributing to capability building across the ecosystem.
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives, including training content, community contributions, and instructional design efforts.
- Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Architect with at least 4 years designing and delivering complex enterprise performance management or large-scale SaaS solutions.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, multi-dimensional modeling, and enterprise application design.
- Experience working within professional services or customer-facing implementation environments.
- Solid understanding of Agile or modern software development methodologies.
- Ability to scope complex technical and functional requirements and guide cross-functional teams through execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others and contribute to building architectural best practices.
- Willingness to travel globally up to 25–50% when required.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $147,000 to $198,000 USD.
