You will be working on: 

• Brand Innovation: Spearhead a comprehensive brand overhaul, setting new benchmarks in visual communication and establishing a design language that resonates on a global scale.
• Interactive Experience: Architect next-gen web experiences, infusing interactivity and motion to capture imagination and foster user engagement like never before.
• Multimedia Mastery: Direct and produce multimedia content, leveraging advancements in animation and video production to amplify our message across all channels.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure design coherence and excellence from ideation through execution and analysis.

We are looking for:

• A strategist and implementer capable of leading a brand evolution, with proven success in comprehensive design revamps that spotlight forward-thinking SaaS environments.
• Expertise in interactive design, with a portfolio boasting innovative web interfaces, engaging user experiences, and a modern twist on visual storytelling.
• Mastery in motion design and multimedia production, with the ability to weave animation and video into a compelling narrative that transcends traditional marketing materials.
• A champion of design thinking, with an analytical mind to translate complex concepts into designs that not only dazzle but also deliver measurable outcomes.
• A tech-savvy trailblazer who is adept in emerging design software and technologies that push the boundaries of how brands engage and connect in a digital-first world.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned professional with 6 to 8 years in Visual Design, boasting a track record of strategic brand transformation and interactive web design.
• An adept storyteller with a keen understanding of motion graphics, interactive media, and the nuances of user experience in the digital age.
• Adept with the latest design tools and software, including but not limited to Glassmorphic Design Systems, advanced motion design, and video editing platforms
• A proactive leader, equipped to inspire and cultivate talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the design team.
