  • Own and evolve the data engineering framework, including orchestration standards, reusable components, and architectural patterns
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to deliver production-grade data solutions
  • Define and enforce best practices for data engineering tools, data modeling, and pipeline performance
  • Build and manage data storage solutions across relational and non-relational systems
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability through validation, monitoring, and transformation processes
  • Implement governance frameworks and support secure, compliant data access and usage
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, workflows, and technical standards

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in data engineering with ownership of production-grade systems
    • Strong expertise in cloud-based data platforms, particularly within the Azure ecosystem
    • Hands-on experience with data orchestration, distributed processing frameworks, and large-scale data pipelines
    • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering and transformation tasks
    • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and analytical data architectures
    • Experience working with structured and unstructured data formats, APIs, and diverse data sources
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and modern development workflows
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Self-driven mindset with strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and impact
      • Flexible paid time off to support work-life balance
      • Fully remote work environment within the United States
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
      • Collaborative and supportive team culture with high-performing peers
      • Opportunities to work on cutting-edge data technologies and large-scale systems
      • Career growth and development in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
