You will thrive in a fast-paced, distributed environment that values independence, structured thinking, and strong communication.

Accountabilities:

  • Conduct deep quantitative and qualitative analyses, including modeling, segmentation, and external market research.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations by testing hypotheses and validating business opportunities through structured analysis.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders to align on priorities, shape strategy, and ensure execution of key initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure adoption and alignment of strategic recommendations.
  • Synthesize complex insights into clear, executive-ready narratives and presentations to support decision-making.
  • Identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable strategic roadmaps.
  • Support broader marketing strategy work including audience intelligence and data-driven decision frameworks.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of relevant professional experience in strategy, consulting, corporate strategy, or analytical business roles.
    • 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting or a dedicated strategy function within a business or technology organization.
    • Strong background in marketing, advertising, or digital business environments is a plus.
    • Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master’s in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
    • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured frameworks.
    • Highly analytical with experience in data modeling, quantitative analysis, and interpreting complex datasets.
    • Working knowledge of SQL; familiarity with Python or data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.
    • Proven ability to operate independently and manage multiple workstreams in an unstructured environment.
    • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with experience building executive-level presentations.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary ranging from $145,900 to $245,400 depending on location and experience.
      • Eligibility for equity awards based on performance, experience, and location.
      • Remote-first work model with flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
      • Comprehensive compensation package designed to reward impact and contribution.
      • Opportunity to work on high-visibility strategic initiatives that shape business growth.
      • Exposure to senior leadership and enterprise-level decision-making.
      • Inclusive, flexible, and distributed-first work culture focused on trust and collaboration.
