Your Impact
The Principal Product Manager focuses on product design strategy and high-level plans at the product portfolio or enterprise level. This role serves as a product management subject matter expert providing a high level of expertise across a product domain. This role also participates in the design of the long-term product strategy for the enterprise providing a high level of expertise in product area(s) that can be applied to multiple product groups. In these scenarios this role will own the entire product and delivery process responsible for end-to-end delivery identifying all requirements and delivering the optimal solution.

Key Responsibilities
- Shapes and drives long-term product strategy across complex portfolios and enterprise product domains.
- Influences organizational direction using OKRs competitive analysis and persona-based customer research to deliver optimal solutions.
- Establishes enterprise standards for excellent usable viable and feasible products aligned to strategic goals.
- Improves cross-functional product delivery while building frameworks for product marketing and organizational product understanding.
- Creates a metrics-driven product culture and leverages industry trends and insights to guide priorities and maintain competitive leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business marketing engineering communications or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement if applicable
- 10 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management product management business analysis program management experimentation or product marketing
- 7 years of experience in product and/or experience management
- Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability
- Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership
- Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables
Preferred Skills/Education

- Master's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree
- Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources

- CSPO Certification
