  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to support product launches, positioning, and adoption strategies.
  • Champion customer-centric product development practices across all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide Product Managers, contributing to the growth and maturity of the broader product organization.
  • Serve as a product thought leader internally and externally through strategic discussions and customer engagements.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of strategy, roadmap, and delivery for complex SaaS or enterprise software products.
    • Proven success launching and scaling large-scale technology platforms in high-growth or enterprise environments.
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycles.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders without direct authority.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience using data and customer insights to drive decisions.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical and business concepts.
    • Experience working closely with engineering, architecture, and cross-functional teams in complex product ecosystems.
    • Background in IT management, cybersecurity, MSP platforms, or enterprise SaaS is a strong asset.
    • Experience using product analytics, KPI frameworks, and structured experimentation to guide decisions.
    • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in fast-paced environments.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or certifications are a plus.
    • Proven leadership mindset with experience mentoring and elevating product talent.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation aligned with senior/principal-level product leadership roles
      • Remote-first work flexibility within Canada
      • Opportunity to shape strategy for large-scale, global SaaS platforms
      • High-impact role with direct influence on executive decision-making
