We’re looking for an empathetic, curious, and visionary Principal Product Manager to join the Creator Search team. LTK is building a new search platform from the ground up to help creators find brands, retailers, products they want to add to their posts, while maximizing the commissions earned. We will embrace natural language processing to enable creators to interact naturally and express themselves. In this role, working closely with designers, engineers, and data analysts, you’ll be r

esponsible for launching the new creator search experience, including supporting a seamless link generation experience.  This is a journey filled with challenges, opportunities, and the promise of delivering our creators an unforgettable user experience. 

What you’ll do:

• Provide thought leadership and an inspiring vision for Search in the Creator app and deliver in a fast paced environment 
• Enable our Creators to feel seen and heard by reflecting our understanding of them in the Search experience while maximizing their earnings
• Harness the power of semantic search to comprehend the context and intent behind Creator queries, and analyze Creator’s prior searches and engagement to deliver relevant results
• In this role you will partner closely with cross functional teams including engineering, design, content/creator teams, and data analysts. You will also be supporting the Links services. 
• Drive product requirements definition, product planning, product design, and writing PRDs for new features and enhancements

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• Prior eCommerce search and/or catalog experience is preferred
• Experience with complex systems that combine human knowledge and algorithms to connect content to customers
• Experience driving consumer-facing features at scale from ideation to delivery
• Deep empathy for customers grounded in data and research
• Experience with AI applied to solve concrete user problems and/or to help users discover relevant information, while also keeping up to date with latest AI/ML technologies

• Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
• BS/BA degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
