What you'll own:

• As a Principal Technical Program Manager, IT you will drive mission critical strategic initiatives for Pluralsight tied to the Corporate OKRs .
• Create the program structure and shared alignment with the program team across Pluralsight on vision, business goals, program, and secure cross-functional teams dependencies' commitment
• Lead leadership committee meetings with key partners to help make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address key program issues
• Provide ongoing visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.)
• Proactively identify and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent program teams from delivering on program outcomes
• Manage new and existing technologies integration
• Build a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, speed, innovation, and learning
• Be a leader with vision who can help accelerate the capabilities delivery and challenge others to change
• Managing relationships with geographically distributed teams, offshore development teams, and third-party vendors
• Ensuring business and global technology goals are being met
• Interacting, negotiating, and influencing decisions across multiple tracks and executive leadership

Experience you'll need:

• Demonstrated ability as technical program manager with experience of driving strategic program portfolios with direct revenue impact
• Demonstrated ability as JIRA Administrator with experience customizing JIRA projects with complex workflows
• Ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in Jira
• Skilled at creating Confluence pages and integrating Jira projects with Confluence pages
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic agile environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
