Print Production Graphic Artist - Apparel

Overview We are seeking a talented, methodical and fast prepress/print production graphic artist to work in the custom apparel industry. Protime Sports specializes in youth sportswear with customers across the USA. We make custom sportswear along with decorating our own stock garments. We are seeking an experienced production artist to come in and hit the ground running. Duties • Utilize Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality apparel templates. • Lay out and work on print orders for sublimation. • Work on quality control and double checking orders for errors, then fixing them. • Manage print production on our Epson dye sublimation printers. • Utilize Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality apparel templates. • Manage correct print colors and profiles. • Maintain organized files and adhere to production timelines to meet project deadlines. Qualifications • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator. • Strong understanding of printing on wide format printers, how printers work and doing routine cleaning and maintenance on them. • Knowledge of color management, layout design, and apparel manufacturing is beneficial. • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for details. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Need to know • This is not a creative position. This is a print production position. • This position is onsite at our location. Our normal business hours are 8am to 4:30pm, Mon-Fri. We have busier seasons throughout the year and require up to 50-55 hours/week to complete jobs.
