About the Team
TikTok Governance Operation Team belongs to TikTok Privacy Protection Office (PDPO). The team is committed to ensuring the implementation of TikTok privacy compliance policies. Team is proactively building privacy compliance risk assessment and quality monitoring system. At the same time, the team is deeply involved in TikTok privacy and security governance projects, including several critical firm-wide risk remediation projects such as data security, App Client privacy security, and Data Sovereignty. The team also works closely with product and engi teams to continuously explore industry-leading privacy compliance technology solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand business scenarios, design data classification and taxonomy standards. Provide detection rules for different business scenarios based on business knowledge and compliance governance requirements
2. Deeply participate in AI detection capability improvements, cooperate with algorithm engineering teams, prepare high-quality evaluation samples. Provide evaluation reports for different models, and ensure high-quality delivery of recognition results
3. Build a data security governance dashboard, complete systematic indicator monitoring and attribution analysis. Provide a one-stop dashboard to display the privacy and security governance level from the data result level
4. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to explore industry-leading privacy data taxonomy and governance solutions

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in computer science, mathematics, statistics, management information systems, operations research, etc.
2. Familiar with SQL or other Data Analysis scripting languages, familiar with Big data processing tools or frameworks such as Spark and Hive, with more than 3 years of experience in Data Analysis is preferred
3. Understand privacy and security system construction, familiar with typical risks and common governance strategies in data collection, storage, use, and distribution scenarios

1. Clear logic, strong execution ability, good learning ability and self-motivation, excellent XFN collaboration ability.
